Studio Policies
Scheduling & Cancellations
Sessions must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Image Retouching
Retouching includes natural skin smoothing, minor blemish removal, and overall polish. We aim for professional and authentic — not over-edited.
On-Location Sessions
On-location headshots are available for companies with larger teams. These sessions include portable studio lighting and backdrop and require an additional setup and travel fee.
Usage
Final images may be used for professional and promotional purposes, including websites, social media, and marketing materials.
